    About the Role:
    This full-time position entails conducting training sessions for clients operating in diverse sectors, catering to entry-level managers to top executives of multinational corporations.
    Our training sessions are held at our establishments in Winnersh and Nottingham, as well as at clients' venues.

    Courses include:
    • First Line Management
    • ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
    • ILM Level 5 Qualifications in Leadership and Management
    • Bespoke Management Training
    • ILM Level 5 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring
    • ILM Level 7 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring
    • Train the Trainer

    About you:
    The perfect candidate will possess expertise in delivering ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) endorsed management and leadership training.
    Alternatively, individuals with suitable training background and a hunger for ILM knowledge are encouraged.

    You must be a stellar communicator with a track record of adjusting your training techniques based on the delegates' seniority, expertise, and requirements.

    Besides conducting standard courses, you'll collaborate closely with our account managers and internal trainers to create and present tailored courses aligning with our clients' unique demands.

    Given our growth, if you have a knack for on-camera presentations, it can be advantageous as we are expanding into eLearning training. With access to our affiliate company's studios for TV, radio, and podcasts, we have excellent support.
