Behind a façade featuring a winding steel ribbon – reflecting the city's festival spirit – this 12-storey structure will be the centerpiece of Nuveen Real Estate's Edinburgh St James Quarter, incorporating retail, leisure and entertainment facilities along with residential apartments.
