Background


Fine & Country is a global network of estate agents specialising in the marketing and sale of prime residential properties.

With offices in over three hundred locations worldwide, Fine & Country combines the widespread exposure of an international marketplace with the local expertise and knowledge of carefully selected property professionals.


Marketing is running at the core of Fine & Country, and the Marketing team's role is to develop and protect the brand.

The role is key to our customers' engagement, both B2B and B2C, resulting in increased brand awareness and revenue for the business.

The role will also include marketing support for The Fine & Country Foundation.


Marketing Team Duties and Responsibilities

  • Report to, and work closely with, Marketing Manager in executing the 12month plan, projects, and daily marketing activities.
  • Support and organise the delivery of the Conferences, Events, Academy Days and Regional Meetings
  • Work with the Marketing Manager in developing, scheduling design, print and producing mass marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C).
  • Proof and critically analyse all print and digital designs you see and provide constructive feedback to the design studio, where applicable.
  • Copywriting for internal and external communications and print and digital platform.
  • Ensure all messages are delivered in accordance with the marketing communications plan.
  • Work with the content team on material for F&C social channels, including monitoring and adding to the closed Members' Facebook group.
  • Liaise on a daytoday basis with key Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to the brand guidelines; keep the B2B and B2C communication mechanisms representative of the brands and their values.
  • Conduct market research, when required.
  • Develop, execute, and deliver marketing campaigns and activity for projects assigned to you.
Marketing activity with these projects includes, but is not limited to:


  • Scriptwriting and storyboarding for video campaigns
  • Website copy and content (excluding blogs)
  • HTML Mailers
  • Print and digital campaign material across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Howto guides, tips, and FAQs
  • Internal Publications
  • Private Social Media Channels
  • Seeking and managing reviews

Responsibilities:

The marketing team will work with each other.

Delivering all requirements listed will be the individual's responsibility but supporting other members of the marketing team is vital to this role.


Regular Communications
Source, execute, seek approval, and distribute the following including, but not limited to, sending a mailer, creating accompanying marketing (print and digital), adding to the Hubs and sharing on social media:

  • Maintain the F&C mailing lists in HubSpot
  • Monitor the Closed Facebook Groups for new ideas, or issues. Act as a brand Ambassador and ignite conversations and interest.
  • Members' Hub maintenance
  • All content up to date at all times
  • News current and relevant
  • Events up to date
  • Monthly newsletter
  • Golf Property of the Month:
  • Deliver a property per month as per schedule
  • Liaise with design on the marketing assets
  • Promote on Members' Hub and Closed Facebook Group F&C
  • International Property of the Month:
  • Deliver a property per month as per schedule
  • Liaise with design on the marketing assets
  • Promote on Members' Hub and Closed Facebook Group F&C
  • Monitor and reply to our Trustpilot reviews
  • Regular Events
  • Academy Days are all scheduled and available in the Members' Hub
  • Regional Meeting organisation and delivery

F&C Website

  • Proofing and approval of website pages and agent bios

Seasonal Marketing Materials
Seasonal / Topical marketing material (including moving trends, times of year religious celebrations)

  • Create copy
  • Brief the Design Team liaise with them until it is complete and available
  • Promote on Members' Hub and Closed Facebook Group F&C

Publications, Market Reports and Advertising:


  • Publications
  • Ensure all deadlines are accurate on the Members Hub
  • Reminders of Refined and EHW magazine deadlines
  • Write the MD intro for Refined
  • Share the digital magazine pageturners with the network
  • National advertising
  • Proof reading of copy and proofing of national print advertising
  • Selecting properties for features, sourcing highres imagery and writing copy
  • Briefing adverts to Designers and working with them to meet deadlines
  • Market Reports
  • Review and approve report content
  • Liaise with MD to film videos and brief editing
  • Promote on Members' Hub and Closed Facebook Group

Product/Service launches

Execute the delivery product/service launches, which includes:

  • product/demo
- create mailer
- brief/chase videos (B2B demo + how-to + B2C promo if needed)
- create/brief agent B2C marketing materials (if needed)
- case study (if available)
- tips to use
- seek approval (mailer + hub page)
- create Hub page
- share/b
