Maintenance Engineer (Exciting Internal Progression)

£49,000 - £50,000 + Training + Excellent Progression + Company Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Wellbeing Bonuses + Sick Pay

Workshop Based, Commutable from Frome, Chippenham, Devizes, Castle Cary, Glastonbury, Bristol and Surrounding Areas

4 on 4 off, 12 Hour Shift Pattern

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new position where you will be heavily invested in through in-house support and external training to upskill and develop into highly sought after multi-skilled engineer to become a technical expert in the industry in a role with exciting internal progression opportunities to build a long-term stable career?

On offer is the opportunity for a motivated Engineer to step into a new role as part of a market-leading, global company where you will develop your skillset and become an expert Engineer within a team of likeminded individuals where you will have the chance to gain autonomy and take the technical lead.

This global food manufacturing company have seen exciting growth and investment in the past decade ad are looking to continue this upward trajectory to be the go-to in the industry and therefore are looking for Engineers to join the team and facilitate this.

On offer is the chance to showcase your technical skillset and gain recognition as part of a renowned business with the prospects of progressing through the ranks of the company. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs and servicing of the Packing Machines.

This role would suit an ambitious Engineer looking to get their foot in the door of a globally renowned food manufacturer where you will be supported in your technical development and progression through to Senior ranks and Management.

Service, inspection, breakdown repair and maintenance of Packaging Equipment
External / InHouse Training Opportunities
4 on 4 off 12 Hour Shifts
