Production Team Leader, Hillington, £13.42ph
We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to work at our clients' business in Hillington Park, Glasgow.

This is a temp to perm contract.

What to expect as a Production Team Leader:

Working a Monday to Friday day shift
8am till 4;30pm with a earlier finish of 4pm on a Friday
Responsible for all Production Staff on or around your Production Line
Must ensure product quality is assured, through use of the job book checks as well as adequate training of staff.
Product safety is to be a priority for the team leader at all times through the use of GMP policies and rules as well as all procedures within the QMS.
Carry Out Daily Team Talks on your line at the start of the shift, as per the agenda
Monitor performance of your staff and ensure targets are being achieved
Promote a Continuous Improvement Culture amongst your staff at all times.
To present a good company image to all Customers, Suppliers and Visitors to the site.
Effectively communicate with Production Staff and Manage any issues effecting safety, quality or production.
Coach and Manage all Production Staff under their control either directly or indirectly

What we're looking for:

Team leader or supervisory experience required within a Prodcution, distribution or logistics environment
Knowledge and experience of Production management systems
Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
A solid motivator and leader of people
Reliable and a good time keeper

£13.45 per hour
