Description

Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
  • Provide information about products or services, take orders, or resolve customer inquiries
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
  • Experience with data entry is beneficial

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,934.80 per year
