Description
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products or services, take orders, or resolve customer inquiries
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with data entry is beneficial
Job Types:

Pay:
From £23,934.80 per year
