We are searching for a
Product Specialist, Fender & Squier to join our team
._ _Working within the FMIC Product Teams, the Product Specialist will be involved in delivering business objectives in the EMEA region.

They will be a conduit for information between teams in the EMEA region, focussing on Product, Sales, Operations and Marketing collaboration.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for co-ordinating the Fender/Squier Monthly Sales Focus, trade-facing promotional material, and other tools to aide the Sales Teams in delivering on business objectives.

The Product Specialist will be involved in the planning of any dealer or consumer events, demonstrating products and delivering training to internal and external partners.


Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate relevant data within Fender's internal systems, such as Price Lists and product status.
  • Support crossdepartmental strategies to deliver business targets and new initiatives.
  • Provide sales materials and product support across EMEA departments.
  • Work alongside the Product Management team in the creation of Monthly Sales Focus.
  • Assist Product Management with maintaining and developing LTD / FSR programmes.
  • Gather market research.
  • Assist in answering technical questions and support the Customer Service Teams.
  • Ensure QI teams have relevant information on new and upcoming product releases.
  • Maintain information within the PIM system and Dealer Portal.
  • Support the Product Managers in the daytoday running of FMIC brands in EMEA region.
  • Always represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Adhoc projects as directed by Product Management.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Guitar and/or Bass player.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be selfmotivated.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Results focused.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the musical instrument industry and other musical instrument manufacturers.
