Description
This role will work directly alongside the Project Management Analyst, and report to the PMO & Programme Director, in maintaining and building on foundation level PMO Services which have been established in the last 12 months.
Using the Microsoft Office Suite the Project Analyst will maintain processes and controls to provide robust and transparent Contract, Change, Configuration, Information & Financial Management in support of a variety outputs such as client billing, variations& financial forecasts.
There will also be opportunity over time to design, build and own new controls.Maintaining and publishing KPI's and Metrics to provide visibility of performance across all teams, (Project Management, Design Engineering, CAD, Installation Engineering will help drive continual improvement across the Technical Operations Department by theestablishment of).
