Role overview:


This is a crucial role within Voly as the implementation phase of a client's journey will have a huge impact on their experience; it is essential to client satisfaction and long-term relationship.

Each client onboarding is a mini project and needs to be coordinated as such.


You will report to the Head of Implementation and work alongside each of the operations, finance and sales teams to successfully manage each phase of the on-boarding process for both new and existing clients to ensure all aspects are completed within the agreed SLA's before handing them to their Client Relationship Managers.


  • What you'll do:_
  • Manage the Client On-Boarding Trello Board from ticket creation to completion
  • Project Manage the onBoarding process to ensure all internal stakeholders are actively completing their sections of the ticket and updating with comments where appropriate
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are paid, SaaS contracts are signed and returned, due diligence is complete, wallets/floats are opened, cards are in hand, training has taken place and assets are live in both the secure system and Zoho CRM
  • Consistent communication between you and the client and updates recorded on the Trello tickets
  • Organise tasks in priority order for the administrators to complete and sense check before release
  • Creation of accounts and contact in the Zoho CRM
  • Creation of the assets in the Voly system
  • Fully understand the structure of each asset in relation to family offices and management companies
  • Support both yachting and music and other areas of the business that we expand into
  • Fully understand the Voly integrated software to enable you to support your clients

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

£25,000.00 per year
