    Description

    Based in the heart of Manchester, CTI is now one of the largest digital transformation agencies outside of London with 220 Digital professionals working for us.

    Our journey is unique and we need dedicated and talented people to join us to help our continued growth and development.

    Not only will you have exposure to some exciting technologies but you'll also get to know our various teams and departments.

    We currently have a team of around 20 developers working across multiple projects in an agency-style resourcing model.

    As a Senior Drupal Backend Developer within our Drupal department, you will be working as part of a team to build new capabilities for our clients.

    We have a formal engineering approach to software development that includes technical planning, feature branches, peer review of code and separate and dedicated environments with fully automated DevOps.

    Your role will be to help design and code new capabilities in Drupal.

    As a Backend Drupal developer, we are looking for someone who can write clean code that aligns with Drupal and PHP coding standards.

    Writing PHP object-oriented code that aligns with Drupal standards
    Working within cross-functional teams (Design, User Experience, Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management)
    Proven track record developing Drupal 8/9/10 websites to an exceptional standard.
    Experience in code-driven development using Drupal configuration management.
    Docker, Git, Drush, using REST APIs, meeting Drupal coding standards.
    Knowledge of measures contributing to security including how Drupal's built-in features can help prevent malicious attacks.
    Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
    Large project life cycle including automated content migration and Drupal upgrades

    Location:
    Our head office is in Manchester city centre (Ancoats) - we adopt a hybrid working model (2 days in the office per week)
