They are currently looking for a driven Trainee Mortgage Adviser to join their growing team. They have officesin London, Hong Kong, and Singapore, looking to add new international locations in the next few years.

This has been a record-breaking year for them, with them handling over 1.5 billion GBP (13,600,500,000 HKD) of mortgage lending.

The role of Trainee Mortgage Adviser:

Requirements for this Trainee Mortgage Adviser role:

Must be fluent in English as you will be speaking with Lenders and Solicitors based in the UK.
Must have Hong Kong permanent residency
Having a degree is preferred, but not a prerequisite
As this is a selfemployed Trainee Mortgage Adviser position you will need to have 46 months' worth of savings to cover yourself.
You are a dynamic individual with a passion for good customer service and a real hunger for success.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You are looking for a challenging, fastpaced environment.

Salary package for this Trainee Mortgage Adviser role:

In return for this role, you will be given a fantastic opportunity to work for a fantastic, fast-paced international company.

Realistic OTE for this role would be £50,000 - £60,000 GBP (452, ,732.25 HKD) in your first year, £100,000 GBP (906,700HKD) in year 2.

This is a fantastic opportunity long-term as senior advisers are currently earning 200,000+ GBP (1,813,400+ HKD). They have a large network of clients and introducers, so you will never be short of business.
