    Description

    Interim Financial Controller | Inside IR35 | Wirral area | Circa £350/£600 per day Axon Moore are working with a high growth, multi-site manufacturing business with HO operations in the Wirral area.

    They are looking for a qualified interim Financial Controller to join the team immediately to cover a transition period.

    You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching a small team of accountants and making improvements to existing processes to maintain the financial integrity of the business.

    Ownership of monthly reporting including variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and reports for full MI
    Reviewing and analysing financial information against budget and reporting deviations to plan.
    Ownership of team performance for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and production of management accounts.
    Support in developing financial policies, standards and controls within the business.

    To carry out other duties reasonably requested by the Finance Director which fall within the remit on the role and the capabilities of the post holder.

    Support the Head Office finance team in recurring reports and group reports, as and when required.
    Provision of ad hoc information as required

    Person Specification:
    We are looking for an experienced qualified interim to steady the ship and make improvements. 4+ years of senior/management roles within finance
