    Description

    Assistant Document Controller Antrim £25,000 PA Delighted to be working with my client in luxury project delivery across diverse sectors including Prime Residential, Hotels, Leisure, Museums, Cruise Ships, Commercial, and Modular Construction.

    We're currently seeking an Assistant Document Controller to join our Design team.


    Responsibilities:
    Maintain effective control over project documentation. Record the flow of documentation efficiently. Handle reproduction of drawings and documents in various formats. Manage registration and distribution of incoming and outgoing drawings and documents. Conduct quality checks on documentation before distribution to client document management systems. Assist in the production of O&M Manuals. Organise and maintain the samples library, facilitating sample issuance for live contracts. Provide vital administrative support to the Design Team.


    Requirements:
    Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent IT skills and strong organisational abilities. Proactive approach with a sharp eye for detail. Ability to manage heavy workloads effectively. Proficiency in Office 365.
