    Description
    Are you looking for a senior level role with the opportunity to grow and manage a specialist team? Do you have extensive experience across all aspects of Lease Advisory?

    Beach Baker is delighted to be working with an established and highly successful practice of Chartered Surveyors with offices across the UK to find an Associate Partner or Partner, Lease Advisory for their Birmingham office.

    Associate Partner/ Partner- Lease Advisory
    60,000-£75,000 plus car allowance and full benefits package

    An impressive client list which includes prestigious institution pension funds, to FTSE listed developers and property companies as well as an interesting mix of leading occupiers.

    There is a bias towards industrial property but also includes offices, and retail / medical.
    Senior level role with the opportunity of the position of Salaried Partner with the autonomy to manage and prioritise your own work to achieve best results
    A brand new hybrid role within a thriving and successful business
    An opportunity to win new business, expand and lead the Lease Advisory Team amongst a thriving office
    Great company culture working in a brand new Birmingham office
    Optional Hybrid work schedule
    Opportunity to grow the role and build the team around you over the next 1-2 years

    Substantial experience on all aspects of L&T including Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Re Gears
