    Associate Partner/ Partner - Lease Advisory

    Are you looking for a senior level role with the opportunity to grow and manage a specialist team?

    Do you have extensive experience across all aspects of Lease Advisory?

    Beach Baker is delighted to be working with an established and highly successful practice of Chartered Surveyors with offices across the UK to find an Associate Partner or Partner, Lease Advisory for their Birmingham office.

    Associate Partner/ Partner- Lease Advisory

    Birmingham

    £60,000-£75,000 plus car allowance and full benefits package

    Role Features

    • Senior level role with the opportunity of the position of Salaried Partner with the autonomy to manage and prioritise your own work to achieve best results
    • A brand new hybrid role within a thriving and successful business
    • An opportunity to win new business, expand and lead the Lease Advisory Team amongst a thriving office
    • Client facing end to end role working collaboratively with Property Management and Tenant Services Teams
    • Work on behalf of Landlords and Occupiers across existing client base of major national occupiers and smaller regional franchisees

    Basic salary of £60,000- £75,000

    Great company culture working in a brand new Birmingham office

    Opportunity to grow the role and build the team around you over the next 1-2 years

    Personal Requirements

    • MRICS/ FRICS with at least 5 years PQE
    • Substantial experience on all aspects of L&T including Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Re Gears
    • Experience of Third Party Submissions as an independent Expert would be a benefit
