- Performing daily bank reconciliations for both office and client accounts
- Processing BACS and CHAPS payments
- Managing daily client completions
- Handling payments received into client accounts
- Preparing and processing cheques, including bank deposits
- Conducting client-to-office transfers
- Posting client invoices and debit/credit card payments
- Archiving files
- Addressing general financial inquiries
- Prior legal cashiering experience and familiarity with solicitors' accounts rules preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general IT skills
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
