Major Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a market leading organisation in the Pershore area of Worcester who are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy customer service team.

The role is a maternity cover of approximately 9-12 months.

The role will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

You will be on call one in every four weeks which will be paid as an added bonus of £100 on top of your salary and overtime is available on weekends.


_Please note this role is office based in Pershore and IS NOT a remote working or hybrid role._

Duties and tasks will include:

  • Processing customer call out requests
  • Creating and coordinating site access permits
  • Coordinating engineer and sub contractor jobs
  • Processing engineer job sheets
  • Ordering spare parts and coordinating delivery
  • Service repair quotations and billing
  • Managing engineer schedule
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Working in a busy telephone based environment
  • Working with complex information
  • Administrative experience
  • Order processing
  • Using a CRM
