- Working as a Legal Secretary within the Litigation team covering various aspects of contentious work to include Commercial Property Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment matters, Debt Collection, Boundary disputes etc
- Audio typing of various documents, correspondence etc
- Answering telephone queries from clients and relevant third parties, providing assistance where possible
- Using MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc as well as a Case Management System
- Opening files, dealing with scanning, filing, photocopying as required
- Any other general administrative tasks as necessary
