    Description

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Project BIM Lead in advancing the Structural Model and delivering project outcomes under the guidance of the BIM Manager.

    Compliance with company and project-specific standards, as well as the precise execution of BIM activities, will be paramount.

    As an integral member of the project team, you will ensure adherence to the Project BIM Execution Plan and execute all related BIM responsibilities as directed.

    Adhere to company and project-specific standards, following established methods and procedures.
    Verify the quality and accuracy of work produced.
    Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution plan and Project Standards by the project team.
    Utilize Revit to create and modify Structural Models.
    Develop, modify, and review 3D models using CAD applications such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and 3D Studio Max.
    produce visualizations from 3D models for technical reports, presentations, and marketing materials when necessary.
    Prepare models for exchange and coordination with other disciplines, consultants, and contractor/fabricators.
    Demonstrate capability and experience in delivering projects in a dynamic, design-led environment.
    Industry-relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
    Familiarity with 3rd party BIM applications such as Dynamo, 3DS Max, Rhino/Grasshopper, Google Earth, Solibri, and Microsoft Office.
    Genuine interest in Architecture and Building Engineering/Services design.
    At least 2 years of BIM/Revit experience.
