    Head of Dim SumLondon

    We are lookingfor a Senior Chef who has worked as either a Senior Dim Sum HeadChef Group Dim Sum Chef Executive or similar to join our client asHead of Dim Sum. The successful candidate will be responsible foroverseeing the quality production and creation of highendcontemporary Dim Sum for multiple fine dining restaurants inLondon

    Ourclient is worldrenowned for their Chinese cuisine and this positionis a new addition to their management team to ensure that thequality creativity and production of their Dim Sums are second tonone.

    Ourclient operates at the highest level of cuisine and will require anExecutive Head Dim Sum Chef/Head of Dim Sum who is creative has agreat eye for detail and can maintain their standards in arestaurant group that operates at near Michelinlevel.

    Youwill be overseeing a team of 40 chefs in the main kitchen which islocated in East London. Here the highly skilled Dim Sum chefshandmake the dim sums daily for distribution to their centralLondon restaurants. You will be required to visit each site fromtime to time to ensure that the quality of your creations is beingmaintained by the Head Dim Sum Chefs located at eachrestaurant.

    Thiscompany is always expanding and the role will not be limited totheir existing restaurants; the right candidate can and will beinvolved in other projects in the UK andinternationally.

    Yourbackground shouldinclude:

    • Extensiveexperience making Dim Sum.
    • At least 5 years ofworking at a management level.
    • Experience inhighend restaurants think Michelin star or similar or largescaleluxury hotels with a strong F&Bpresence.
    • Experience managing large teams atleast 30 chefs.
    • Production experience is anadvantage.
    • A good level of English (4.0 IELTSminimum).
