Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities We are seeking a Head of Bespoke Learning & Development Solutions to spearhead our global B2B learning initiatives. This strategic position involves leading a dedicated team to design, propose, and deliver tailored in-house training solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients worldwide.

    Lead the development and delivery of bespoke in-house training programs, collaborating with global markets and strategic partnerships to manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.


    • Identify client needs, design customized training solutions, and write compelling proposals to secure contracts.
    • Oversee course development and ensure exceptional delivery in line with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
    • Build and manage a network of subject matter experts and external suppliers to support high-quality training delivery.
    • Analyse performance data, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement in training offerings. Extensive experience in L&D solution design and delivery, with a creative and strategic approach to training based on detailed needs analysis.
