    Senior Outpatient Nurse role in Coventry - Private Hospital - Paying up to £35,000


    About the Hospital:


    A private hospital located in Coventry, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Outpatient Nurse to join their team.

    Renowned for their commitment to exceptional patient care, the hospital provides a supportive and rewarding work environment for its staff.

    The Senior Outpatient Nurse will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care within the Outpatient department.
    Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and providing specialized nursing interventions are crucial responsibilities.
    Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal outcomes.
    Maintaining accurate patient records and providing clear communication to patients and their families throughout their care journey.
    Mentoring and supporting junior staff members, contributing to their professional development.
    The ideal candidate holds current registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
    Extensive experience in outpatient nursing or a related area is essential for this role.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior staff members.
