About The Role:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Execution of marketing across the full marketing mix with a primary focus on our social activities.
- Working closely with senior members as well as liaising with other members of the marketing team to deliver the best result for the events hosted by PEI.
- Creating and implementing social media campaigns to showcase the benefits of attending, utilising Oktopost. Experience using Oktopost is not required but an interest in learning about this platform is
- Managing referral marketing campaigns and utilising our speaker, sponsor, and attendee networks through Gleanin
- Managing media partnerships and ensuring deliverables are met to increase the reach of our campaigns.
- Maintaining event websites with regular updates of sponsor logos, resource updates, event developments, etc.
- Supporting with paid media campaigns by briefing artwork with design and working with an external agency to get campaigns live.
About You:
_ Requirements_
_ We are looking for someone who is;_
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Confident and able to work and communicate with a busy marketing team
- A strong communicator, with both written and verbal communication skills
- Able to demonstrate experience using social media platforms
- A confident copywriter
- A team player and willing to get stuck in
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Efficient and has strong time management skills
_Qualification & Experience_
- Bachelor's Degree
- B.S. or B.A or relevant marketing experience
- Ideally 1 years' experience working in an events marketing or B2B marketing role
- Experience working on social media channels, primarily LinkedIn
- Experience using Gleanin, Oktopost and Marketo would be beneficial but not essential
