One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Night host near Reading. You will be at the forefront and the heart of a truly exciting and expanding Build to Rent development.

This is the perfect opportunity to embed yourself within a nurturing team, where you will have infinite opportunities to progress into management positions.

You will work closely with your team members and line managers, and work hand in hand to provide the best service to residents within this plush high-end development.

The salary for this role is paying up to £25,000pa DOE, and You will work 5 nights a week.

Whilst working here, your core duties will consist of:

Delivering a firstclass experience to each person, from start to finish.
Building strong relationships with visitors, investors, clients, and current residents.
Ensure that complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively to maintain the best service.
Follow up on all health and safety procedures, to ensure that you are updated with the companies' policies and procedures.
Familiarise yourself with the fire safety procedures.
Keeps updated with changes in technology and make sure you subscribe to any newsletters to ensure that you maintain updated information.
Ensure that you always keep all stakeholder information private.
Daily concierge

- such as dealing with parcels and addressing them to the right tenant

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a customer service role. You will ideally have some experience within night security prior to this but it isn't essential. This is the perfect role to learn more about the Build to Rent sector and progress to managerial positions. You will help to achieve resident retention rates throughout the building. Therefore, you will present as a key element to the running of this Build to Rent development.

you will obtain the following skillset/ experience:

At least 2 years' experience in a customer facing role
Ideally experience within Build to Rent but not essential
Friendly personality and personable
A cando attitude
Ability to multitask to get tasks completed to an efficient standard
