- Job Title: Design Validation Engineer
- Location: Coventry
- Salary Range: 30, ,000 (Experience driven)
- Lead testing campaigns from requirements definition to data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with experts to define and plan testing requirements.
- Oversee testing facility setup to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide on-site support to ensure successful testing campaign delivery.
- Analyse data to support engineering decisions.
- Communicate daily updates to stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to test facilities and stakeholders.
- Engage in internal presentations, training, and knowledge sharing.
- A 2:1 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience in powertrain development, testing, and design validation.
- Knowledge of Electric Drive Units and batteries.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide clear technical recommendations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Agile/Scrum process knowledge is advantageous.
