We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Warranty Advisor, to join our friendly and dynamic team here at Mole Energy.


You will be passionate about delivering a great service and finding the best solutions for every customer you speak to.

This is a fast paced role and ideally we would like someone with similar experience however this isn't essential. If you don't hit all of the criteria we are still keen to hear from you

The Customer Service and Warranty Advisor role will include:

  • Answering customer warranty queries and provide a first line diagnosis on their product by going through a step by step process. Full training provided on this
  • Build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Raising warranty cases for customers you are unable to diagnose, keeping in contact with them and managing expectations throughout
  • Coordinating with our suppliers, Operations team and Logistics and Procurement Manager to manage the warranty cases

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience dealing with a variety of different customers whilst working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • A flexible and positive approach with a willingness to learn new skills
