The Community Neurological Rehabilitation service (CNRS) is based at St Marys hospital and provides specialist multidisciplinary rehabilitation for people with a range of long-term neurological conditions living in Leeds.

Our supportive and friendly multi-disciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Nurses, Therapy Assistant Practitioners, Rehabilitation Assistants and more. We provide goal focussed, time limited rehabilitation interventions in a variety of community settings. We also see patients in our assessment, therapy, and spasticity clinics at St. Marys hospital
