    Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer


    Job Type:
    Permanent

    Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)


    Engineering @ 365 are currently working with a market leading company based in Leicester who are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis.


    As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our client's facilities and equipment.

    You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and systems to minimise downtime and maintain optimal productivity.


    Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.


    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other technical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Collaborate with production and operations teams to prioritise maintenance tasks and minimise disruptions to production schedules.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
    • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and machinery as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
    Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.


    • Proven experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
    • Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and maintenance management systems.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
