Description
FRS are recruiting a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk for a prestigious organisation based in Edgbaston.

Working as part of a small finance team and reporting into the Financial Controller, you"ll be responsible for maintaining the Purchase Ledger.

The business are looking for someone to complete 25-28 hours per week over Monday to Friday.
The business use Sage and experience of using this would be a real advantage

Duties will include:
Accurate maintenance of purchase ledger
Reconciliation of suppler statements
Provide ad hoc cover for sales ledger and bank reconciliation
Process and reconciliation of credit card statements, petty cash and staff expenses
Providing assistance and support to the Management Accountant
To prepare two Bacs payment runs per month for the Finance Controller to authorise on a monthly basis in accordance with the Bacs timetable
To reconcile and support the monthly stock taking process
Adhoc tasks as requested by the Financial Controller
