    Position Creative Technology Coordinator
    Hours Full time
    Contract type Permanent
    Location In the building. This post is not suitable for remote working.

    We are looking for a highly organised Creative Technology Coordinator to support the delivery of key projects arising out of Watershed's creative technology programme.

    Your time will be focused on the Immersive Arts programme (60%), Undershed Watershed's new immersive gallery space (20%) and administrative support for the Executive Producer of Pervasive Media Studio (20%).

    Administering the Immersive Arts fortnightly Operations Group meetings, including scheduling and keeping a record of agreed actions
    Organising and administering an Immersive Arts 'time bank' offer (bookable surgeries with key members of staff across the partnership) for artists and stakeholders
    Supporting application processes for Immersive Arts, ensuring that materials are coordinated, information shared, timelines clear and decisions communicated across internal stakeholders
    Coordinating evaluation materials for key projects, including plotting data against agreed targets
    Coordinating financial information for key projects, ensuring that spend is monitored accurately and budgets kept up to date
    Key performance indicators
    Effective and efficient coordination of the Immersive Arts Operations Group
    Evaluation and financial systems are administered accurately and within agreed deadlines
    Administration functions and tasks are prioritised and delivered in a way that supports the work of the Executive Producer, Immersive Arts and Undershed teams
