    We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding administrator to join our Sixth Form Team as soon as possible.

    This is a new role working with our Director of Sixth Form, based in our Sixth Form building, The Lodge. You will ensure that services at The Lodge are provided to a consistently high professional standard, including managing the reception service and being the first point of contact for Sixth Form parent/carer and learner enquiries. You will also co-ordinate the Y12 admissions process and support the Sixth Form learner registration process.

    As well as having previous experience in an administrative role, you will possess outstanding ICT and organisational skills and will have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, parents, learners, employer partners and trustees are essential in this role, as well as the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities in a busy school environment.
