Senior Marketing Manager:
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be instrumental in supporting this company with its exciting growth plans.

This is a great opportunity as a newly formed global role to make this position your own, developthe long-term marketing strategy, unifying the brand, and grow market share as well as getting to be hands on.

Responsibilities of Senior Marketing Manager include A hands-on marketing leader to support with marketing strategy and execution of full mix marketing to the construction industry.

Develop Marketing strategy reporting to the Managing Director
Management of Marketing Assistant
Driving marketing plan
Developing and rolling out product launches centrally
PR and Communications internal and external
Drive lead generation across the full mix of marketing channels to support sales teams
Events, collateral, Media, advertisement
Rebrand
Demand generation campaigns
Measure KPIs

Requirements for the Senior Marketing Manager role:

B2B Marketing Manager
preferably from construction industry or similar
International experience (desired)
Experience in Brand strategy and leadgenerating marketing.
Team development
A handson leader
Strong Communications skills
Critical thinker
Manage and drive change.
Budget management
Sense of humour

Benefits of the Senior Marketing Manager role:

£45,000-£60,000
