    Description
    Miro's Brand Experience team is a team of designers, writers and producers.

    Together, we're the voice of the Miro brand, and we communicate with persuasiveness and authority across a diverse range of communications:
    digital, events, experiential, video, email and social.

    We take an ideas-based approach to our work, honing in on compelling ways to bring our brand to life while crafting the messaging through which to communicate most effectively.

    You'll have a blend of creative skills to create concepts, and the design skills to make them shine through across all touch points.

    You'll be part of a growing, incredibly ambitious team on a mission to help Miro become a famous brand.
    Work directly with Miro's Creative Directors and a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and producers to drive world-class creative that delivers on the company's marketing and business objectives
    Deliver outstanding creative executions
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and translate them into tangible, insight-driven, evidence-led executions
    Safeguard and evolve the brand identity, ensuring all designs reflect Miro's values, guidelines, and standards
    Oversee the creation of visual assets across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines
    8+ years experience as an Art Director at an agency or as part of an in-house team
    ~ Excellent working knowledge and fluent in the adobe creative suite for content creation - After Effects, Premier Pro
    ~ Excellent working knowledge and fluent in adobe creative suite for design - Photoshop, Illustrator,Indesign and Figma
    ~ Strong strategic and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex products and ideas into compelling storylines and dynamic visual assets
    ~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
    ~ A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred
