- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency of the company supply chain – simplifying process where possible.
- Plan production with suppliers and ensure the DC is operating at optimum capacity.
- Ensure there is continuous availability of stock across the company to meet customer demand.
- Managing full product journey from manufacturer to store arrival.
- KPI management.
- Placing orders daily with suppliers and managing the relationship across a number of suppliers across several different product areas – including temperature-controlled items.
- Responsible for accurately forecasting data using sales analysis.
- Support with the delivery of company/department strategies.
- Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Logistics.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- To analyse high levels of data
- Ability to plan efficiently and be organised.
- Initiative-taking
- Be able to work in fast paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Detail orientated.
- Confident to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
