We are offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Performance team as an Inspection & Governance Officer within the Strategic Commissioning, Finance & Performance team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collating, analysing and disseminating data relevant to Adults Social Care Services.
  • Quality assurance and inspection preparation activity across Adult Social Care services.
  • Advise, guide and train staff on appropriate use of relevant MI systems used.
  • Development and communication of up to date information.
  • Create systems to robustly store and maintain up to date information in a central repository.
  • Create performance reports and dashboards to support communication of outcomes
  • Support with system upgrades
  • Working with system users providing technical support
  • Supervision of staff
