Job Description:

  • The Project Manager is accountable for delivering project from Phase
  • The project manager will be responsible for dealing with compliance and processes in the estates department and managing the project about to enter the 2nd phase
  • Responsible for planning, organising, motivating, and leading the team to ensure delivery requirements are met to quality, cost, scope and schedule.
  • Stakeholder engagement with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:


  • Project Management experience
  • Engineering experience
  • Recognised project management qualification
  • Experience utilising PPM
