Recruitment Specialist

Leeds (remote - must be able to travel to Leeds once a week)

Circa £26,000 - £28,000

12-month FTC

I'm working with a non-profit organisation with a UK office in Leeds city centre who are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to assist with and plan recruitment activity across the engineering/construction division.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with hiring managers to understand job briefs.
Creating job descriptions and posting on various job boards, including Indeed and LinkedIn.
Ensuring hiring managers are kept informed throughout the recruitment process.
Ensuring new starters are processed correctly and are ready to start on the agreed date.
Assisting with the recruitment across other functions as and when necessary.

Requirements:

Previous experience recruiting blue collar roles is desirable.
Extremely wellorganised.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with people.
Resilient and selfmotivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

This role is Leeds based (remote), a 12-month FTC and offering circa £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
