Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of producing monthly and quarterly packs summarising financial performance across all channels and business streams
  • Ensure that all the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
  • Completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations with risks and opportunities identified and actions to mitigate
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems
  • Manage and develop a small team of accountants
  • Support year end audit, VAT returns and preparation of Corporation tax computations
  • Preparation of statutory accounts and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Seek out methods and practices to minimise financial risks

Your profile:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Proven record leading finance teams across all facets of the function, with a proven track record in a high growth.
  • Strong technical accounting experience
  • Available to start within one week of interview
  • Excellent communicator to explain accounting in clear & concise manner to stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude & selfstarter
