    Installation and maintenance of CCTV, Intruder alarms and access control

    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Intruder Alarm Engineer to join our team. The Intruder Alarm Engineer will be responsible for liaising with customers on-site and carrying out installation, service, maintenance, and repair of a range of security equipment supplied by the company.

    Key Responsibilities: *Liaise with customers on-site and perform installation, service, maintenance, and repair of security equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.*Identify faults on equipment, including wiring, cameras, IDS sensors, door controllers, fire alarms, etc., and carry out necessary repairs.*Install new components to ensure systems are working to the best of their ability and in compliance with standards.*Advise customers on the best possible solutions for their security equipment needs.*Provide accurate service documentation and certification for site visits.*Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company Health & Safety regulations.*Maintain awareness of company Quality Assurance requirements and ensure compliance.*Take a positive and proactive approach to promoting all aspects of the company.*Be flexible, as you will be required to be on call on a rota basis with the rest of the team.

    Qualifications and Skills: *Previous experience in installation, service, maintenance, and repair of security equipment.*Strong technical knowledge of security systems and components.*Excellent communication and customer service skills.*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.*Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.*Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance.*Flexibility to be on call on a rotational basis
