Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's personal injury department, they are now seeking a paralegal to run a case load of EL and PL files.
If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases either involving employers liability / public liability or if you have RTA litigation experience and looking for a change then this is a great opportunity.
You will be responsible for running a case load from initial instruction to investigate liability and quantum, taking witness statements and instructions, reviewing complex disclosure, making offers and negotiating settlement, and instructing counsel to take cases to trial.
