Role Overview:
As a Commercial Valuation Surveyor at Gerald Eve in Manchester, you will play a key role in providing accurate and insightful valuations for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will leverage your expertise to deliver comprehensive valuation reports that inform strategic decision-making and drive value optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of commercial properties, considering factors such as location, condition, and market trends.
Utilising industry-leading valuation methodologies and tools to accurately determine the market value of properties across various asset classes.
Collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives, tailoring valuation solutions to meet their needs.
Providing clear and concise valuation reports that communicate findings, assumptions, and recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Keeping abreast of market dynamics, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to ensure valuations are conducted in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field.
MRICS qualificationProven experience in commercial property valuation, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
