- To assist in the successful implementation and delivery of all aspects of valuation consultancy, working in conjunction with the National team and London.
- Provide informed, market facing and independent advice on all standard property types
- Deliver projects from inception to completion with minimum supervision to meet the objectives in accordance with company policies and management systems.
- Assisting with business development by handling repeat business, attending industry events and client presentations
- Client focused approach and ability to develop strong relationships
- Integrating into the wider CBRE business and developing a one team approach
- MRICS or equivalent.
- Good IT skills in particular Word and Excel, with knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer Software preferable.

The role will be based in Manchester, and you will be part of the market-leading valuation department at CBRE which has over 250 valuers.

Our team of 17 is formed of qualified valuers and graduates, with a wider office administration support.
The Valuation Advisory Team is headed up by Siobhan Fraser, a married mum of one who has over 20 years experience.
