- Following a daily route for the collection of waste at given locations.
- The ability to divert and change the routine upon supervisory instruction, as and when require to maintain service delivery.
- A full understanding of processes and compliance to Health & Safety instruction for all aspects of the role.
- The use of cardboard bailer as and when required.
- Ensuring the waste is disposed of in the correct location therefore avoiding waste contamination.
- Good understanding of working across multiple collection points
- Proven record of being responsible and innovative
- Self motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team
- Good organisation skills required.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values

Working Hours: 42.5Hrs per week, Monday to Friday (inclusive of working bank holidays) 08:00Hrs to 16:30Hrs.

Role Summary:
Daily collections and disposal of differing waste streams in compliance with customer and Tenonfm safety instructions & guidance, to meet with the daily routine and service expectations.
You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.
