Caretaker

Camden, North London

circa £29000 per annum

08:00 16:00_
Monday to Friday_

We are currently looking for experienced neighbourhood Caretakers, ideally based in Camden, North London.

You will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and cleansing of estates within Camden, North London
You will be expected to assist the public in a polite and helpful manner
To complete regular health and safety, cleansing, maintenance and inspections as appropriate with the emphasis on maintaining quiet, clean, green and safe communal areas/neighbourhoods and helping to deter Anti-Social Behaviour
You will have responsibility for neighbourhood caretaking schemes
To act as first point of contact for the residents in respect of estate service and maintenance issues, responding to queries in a positive and helpful manner.

We are looking for an experienced caretaker with at least 6 months caretaker experience.

You will need a Driving License and a DBS (DBS can be applied for)
