This is the EMEA shared service centre for an international, award-winning FMCG business, based in Frimley, who are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Analyst with fluent Italian to join on a permanent contract.
Ideally, you'll have order processing/order to delivery (OTD), customer service and/or supply chain experience or have studied:

Import/Export
International Trade
Supply Chain (Management)
Logistics
Business (with modules in one of these areas)

You will be the first line of contact for customer orders and queries, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries, as well as identifying opportunities to up-sell.

Importantly, you should be numeric and analytical, using these skills to review sales performance and suggest areas for improvement. You'll also be responsible for administrative duties such as reporting, order processing and stock allocation using SAP.

The company are based in Frimley, Surrey; there is a company shuttle bus from the following train stations:

Frimley (on the trainline from Ascot & Twickenham/Richmond);

Farnborough North (on the trainline from Reading or Guildford);

Farnborough (on the trainline from Clapham Junction/London Waterloo).

This is offered on a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week; 3.5 days in the office, 1 from home.

You should therefore either live within commutable distance or be willing to relocate to the area.
