We are looking for a Commission Administrator to join the team at Agiito


You will undertake the commission administration tasks within the financials to support in maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all the ledger as well as ensuring all Sales/Commission Ledger invoices are billed and queries resolved in a timely manner.

You will be based out of our Derby office on a Hybrid contract.

What you'll be doing:


  • Issuing hotel commission invoices to individual and group hotels.
  • Support in monthly contra process, working closely with the Sales Ledger Supervisor.
  • Process SCL queries.
  • Adjusting commission claims where required and ensuring all SCL adjustments have been authorised by your line manager.
  • Notifying the Credit Controller of any unresolved queries.
  • Support the Credit Control team with sending claims, VAT receipts or statements
  • Provide administrative assistance as and when required.
  • Answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.

  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Methodical, numerate, logical with excellent attention to detail
