    Accelerate Your Career

    As a part of our sales performance program, you will be guided by our dedicated Performance & Development Manager and supported by our directors, leadership team, and successful recruitment consultants. The program will walk you through each stage of the recruitment process, offering coaching in a 'Personal Trainer' style to help you develop the skills needed to become a top performer and leader. We will push you to excel: Cold calling, identifying opportunities, and securing new business are all essential

    • Cold calling
    • Identifying top candidates in your sector
    • Generating leads for new opportunities
    • Pitching, negotiating, and winning new business
    • Collaborating with your clients' hiring managers to fill their positions
    • Working towards and meeting weekly and monthly targets
