• Brand & OperationsManagement the fitness brand is brilliant andalongside your fitness team it is your job to make sure your clubnot only attains the required standards and processes but comesALIVE for its members.
• Product Yep you know thatbig room you are managing you must believe in it want to be in itwant to be talking to the people in it. This fitness job requirespeople with great knowledge of the industry and genuine passion forfitness.
• Commercial you will need tohelp the club raise its profile locally with fitness testing andevents both corporate and community ultimately bringing in newmemberships. You will also help and lead your fitness team driveother commercial opportunities for your club such as personaltraining and secondary spend.
