Zapsa ltd are a specialist Talent Acquisition Consultancy working in the Renewable Energy, Environmental, IT, Sustainability sectors. Due to growth this rapidly growing vertically integrated renewable energy company are looking for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant for their MD.
About the Role
The role includes a wide variety of responsibilities, including the traditional PA/administrative duties and will need to demonstrate a willing attitude and flexibility in their approach to undertaking various ad hoc tasks as and when required.
- Daily maintenance of diary events and organisation of the daytoday schedule of the team, to include the identification and resolution of potential issues
- Proactive management of MD to ensure that he attends meetings on time and with the appropriate agendas, documents and presentations using any conference equipment, including refreshments and room bookings
- Planning and coordination of travel, e.g. booking flights, hotels and preparation of itineraries
- Proactive management of credit card expenses and general correspondence
- Electronic and paper filing, both business and personal where required
- Provide cover for and support the CEO and COO's PA as required
- Act as Office Manager for the Bristol office as required, ordering supplies and creating and maintaining relations with contractors and suppliers
- Arrange corporate visits & sporting/social events (domestic & international) for internal/external stakeholders, investors & VIPs
- Schedule appraisals and regular meetings with MD's direct reports, liaising with HR on necessary documents
- Support MD in all recruitment aspects for the company, liaising with HR to follow protocol
- Maintain accurate, confidential records such as medical and insurance documents for MD
- Support MD in any personal administration, travel and family arrangements as required
About You
- Previous experience working at Board Director level
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
- Strong time management skills
- Adapt to rapidly changing priorities in calm, efficient manner
- IT sharp with proficiency in MS Office suites
- A solutionscentric person, able to react and adapt to changing requirements
- Must drive and have own car
- Energy / Construction experience is desirable

Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
