Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a successful high volume manufacturing business in their recruitment of a Manufacturing Engineer to support their ongoing drive for growth and maintain their standards of excellence.

The opportunity

As a successful Manufacturing Engineer, you will be lead the day to day running of production, identify, design and implement appropriate manufacturing solutions, including the use of automation to drive innovation and achieve key targets.

You will be experiencedin leading process improvements, increasing efficiency, quality and safety of processes as well as having a good attention to detail and problem-solving.

You will also lead project teams to deliver on objectives.
With excellent communication skills you will liaise with a variety of departments and suppliers.

About you:

Minimum HNC/HND or above in an Engineering discipline
Previous experience in a highvolume manufacturing environment, automation and process improvements
Experience with CAD systems
Selfmotivated individual with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and prioritising tasks
